1.mbr膜技术原理


MBR膜技术原理是通过利用水分子,在溶液里的渗透性对污水进行处理,利用MBR膜技术的分离膜能够将污水中的水分子进行分离,保持物质的通过不变,并在外力的作用下,渗透液能发生作用,能够将溶液质进行分离,从而提取纯净水,达到污水处理以及改善水质的目的,然后更好地保护环境。

2.PVDF中空纤维超滤膜



中空纤维超滤膜是由起分离作用的一层超薄的表皮层或者比较厚的起支撑作用的海绵状或指状多孔层组成,超滤膜技术是指具有选择透过能力的超滤膜做分离介质,膜壁密布微孔,原液在一定的压力下通过膜的一侧,溶剂及小分子溶质透过膜壁为透过液,而较大分子溶质被膜截留,从而达到物质及浓缩的目的。与传统过滤不同在于超滤膜可以在分子范围内进行分离,并且这过程是一种物理过程,不需要发生相变化和化学变化,适应能力比较强。
