MABR膜(Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor)曝气生物膜反应器(或称EHBR强化耦合生物膜反应器),是膜技术与生物膜技术相结合的一种新型水处理工艺。它是利用透气膜与附着生长型生物膜之间的协同作用,采用透气膜将氧气传递至透气膜表面附着的生物膜层,同时有机物(COD、BOD)和氨等基质从污水扩散到生物膜层,从而对水体污染物进行消耗、降解,以达到水污染防治标准。该新技术属于水体治理新型高效的生态治理技术,具有广阔的应用前景。

MABR/EHBR膜的工艺特点

MABR/EHBR增氧生物膜组件直接安装在现有生化池内,对现有的设备和运行系统影响很小,施工简单,安装方便。该工艺可供微生物附着生长的膜丝具有的高比表面积能有效保留污水生物处理所需特有微生物,极大地减少反应器体积。工艺中活性污泥系统和增氧耦合生物膜同时具有厌氧、兼氧和好氧菌层,它们之间相辅相成,在同-容器内同步实现硝化反硝化作用,实现降解COD、BOD、氨氮和总磷,而且效率极高。

EHBR/MABR膜的技术特点

1、生态:EHBR膜应用不需添加任何药剂,无二次污染问题;不需使用挖掘机或高压水枪疏浚底泥,以免造成河床及河岸生物栖息地的破坏,可通过培养本土微生物,可逐渐形成水体自净能力,技术更生态;

2、节能:曝气效率高(氧气利用率60%以上),单片曝气膜面积大,运行能耗低;

3、高效:无泡/微纳米气泡、高效充氧,快速挂膜,消除黑臭,净化提升水质,效率高、效果好;

4、原位修复:MBAR膜组件安装于生化反应池内或者将EHBR膜安装于河道内(河底),不搅动底泥,也不影响通航和水流,安装简单,占地面积小;

5、长效:膜寿命较长,无需反冲等操作,一次性安装于MABR膜池或者江河湖泊水体中,可实现多年持续运行;

6、成本低:运行只需维持低风量风机能耗,操作成本低、运营成本低,提标改造无需任何土建,综合投资成本低。
